West of Ireland Holiday House.

Set on the Coast Road, in the small fishing village of Roundstone, Co. Galway, this terraced town house was built in the mid 1800's, and has been in Barrett family since the 1890's. It was refurbished in 1991 by Tom and Laura Barrett.

Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, this house offers a magnificent view of Roundstone Bay, Inishnee, and the Twelve Bens.

Daytrips include a walk to the top of Errisbeg (el. 1000), or exploring the sandy beaches at Gorteen Bay. It is just one hour to the nightclubs and theatres of Galway City.

You'll find that it is an ideal base for touring Connemara, and the West of Ireland by car or bicycle.
