Day!
New trips that appear in the January newsletter
will be available for sign up Wednesday, March 5 9-11
am. A volunteer will hand out numbers at 9 am &
answer any trip questions. No registrations for trips will be processed
prior to that time. Registrations received in the mail are processed in the
order in which they are received after 11 am, 3/5. After
11 am on the 5th,
trip registration continues at the front desk, first come, first served.
Sign ups for trips continue at the front desk each day until trips are
filled.

Volunteers will

Current membership is needed to receive
member fee.
§
Trip registration opens at 9 a.m.
§
A volunteer will hand out numbers at 9 am &
answer any trip questions.
§

§
Registrations received in the mail are processed
in the order in which they are received after 11 am, on that month’s trip
signup date.
§
After 11 am on the current month’s trip signup
date registration will continue at the front desk, first come, first
served.
§
Trip registrants will receive numbers in
numerical order.
§
One number per traveler.
§
To successfully register for a trip, please
have name, membership number & telephone number ready. Check your
newsletter label for membership number.
§
Please proceed to trip registration desk
when your number is called.
§
Be prepared to pay trip in full by check or
cash.
§
Fill out optional evaluation for so we know
how your experience was. Questions? Call 457-7004.
For the benefit of those who are sensitive or
allergic to colognes, perfumes, after shave lotion, etc. please limit use
when on trips, in classes & public areas!
