90+ Birthday Bash a Blast!!
Thank you to all who attended our Older Americans
Month Celebration!! We hosted over 110 people, 55 of whom were 90 &
better! Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers and the PASC Board of
Directors for making this party a reality! We appreciate Laurel Park’s co-sponsoring
of this fun event!
pasc 4th of July Parade
Volunteers are
needed to help assemble, decorate and ride on our entry for the 4th
of July Parade. Call PASC, 457-7004 and leave your name and telephone number
at the desk if you’d like to help in any way. This is a very good chance to
promote the many features and benefits of our Senior Center.
It will be a lot of fun too! We will have a patriotic theme in keeping with
Independence Day!

Coffee Lounge
We appreciate the patronage
and support of each person who enjoys our coffee lounge. The Center and
volunteer staff work hard to provide the highest quality coffee, food
products, and service.
The coffee lounge is open
Monday thru Friday from 8 am until 4 pm and offers refreshments, snacks, and
lunches at nominal costs. The lounge also offers an opportunity for good
social contact and conversation.

Trip Sign up Day!
Thursday, June 5, 9-11 am
New trips that appear in the current newsletter will be available for
sign up Thursday, June 5, 9-11 am. A volunteer will hand out numbers at 9 am
& answer any trip questions. No registrations for trips will be processed
prior to that time. Registrations received in the mail are processed in the
order in which they are received after 11 am, 6/5. After 11 am on the 5th,
trip registration continues at the front desk, first come, first served. Sign
ups for trips continue at the front desk each day until trips are filled. Click

Check your membership! It may be time to renew. While you’re at it,
encourage your friends to become members!
How do you check membership? Look on your yellow membership card. The
month punched with a hole is the month of renewal. The year punched with a
hole is the year of expiration. Can’t find your card? Call or come on in - we
can help.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Port Angeles
Senior Center Board of Directors is to develop and manage programs to
encourage physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being for
citizens 45 and above in a safe and open environment

The Port Angeles Senior
Community Center was completed in
1995 and is cooperatively run by the City of Port Angeles
and the Senior Center Board of Directors. This beautiful multi-purpose
facility offers a complete commercial kitchen, multi-purpose room, dining
room, separate coffee lounge, computer room, meeting rooms, a crafts and
activities room, game room, and poolroom. All programs and services are
self-supporting and the costs vary accordingly.
