Graysmarsh Farm rests on the rich soil of the Sequim Prairie below the Olympic Mountains, next to the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We grow the raspberries, strawberries, loganberries and wild blackberries on our 1000 acre farm, pick them at their peak of flavor, and masterfully prepare them into our unique preserves.

Every jar has a maximum of berries, cooked just enough to prepare the delicious spread. Unlike many food manufacturers who develop products with real fruit flavor at minimum cost (thereby containing little fruit), here at Graysmarsh our goal has always been to use the least amount of other natural ingredients necessary to preserve our best berries. And we add no artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives. When you're enjoying Graysmarsh preserves, you're getting more than just berry flavor; you're eating concentrated berries!
