These documents were written by W7KCJ and KA7ZEM with significant input from W7LD
and WG6U. They are intended for use by the membership of the Jefferson County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) and for the information of Jefferson County Emergency Management personnel. Others may use them on their own recognizance.
