the entry fee, as Master's entries will be performing a mandatory of

I acknowledge that participation in the competition and any
preparation or practice for the competition involves a risk to me of
serious bodily injury or death and/or property damage. I release,
discharge and waive any claims whatsoever against, and I covenant not
to sue, the Paws 2 Dance Club, Emerald City Canine Freestyle Dancers,
its members, officers, directors or volunteers (collectively
the "releasees") respecting any and all bodily injury, death or
property damage or loss I may sustain in the course of the
competition, or in preparation or in practice for the competition, or
at any other time on while I am on the show site or its grounds in
relation to the competition, whether such loss, personal injury,
death or property damage is caused or compounded by the negligence of
the releasees or otherwise.

I assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or
property damage or loss I may sustain in the course of the
competition, or during any preparation or practice for the
competition or at any time while in attendance on the hotel premises
or grounds in relation to the competition, whether such injury, death
or property damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the
releasees or otherwise.

I agree to hold the organizing committee (Emerald City Canine
Freestyle Dancers), the organization which it represents, including
its members, officers and directors, the Paws 2 Dance club, sponsors
of the event, harmless from any claims for loss or injury which may
be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any persons
or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the event premises
or grounds or near entrances thereto, and I personally assume all
responsibility and liability for any such claim.

I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any
claims for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or
otherwise and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether
such loss, disappearance, theft, death or otherwise be caused by or
alleged to be caused by negligence of the parties aforementioned, or
by negligence of any person, or any cause or causes.
